training in Workplace and Educational situations. |

The process of
Education and Training in the
EDL Group accelerates the redress
of past unfair discrimination in education,
training and employment opportunities, by contributing
to the full personal development of each learner.
The EDL Group blended e-learning
system, Edutrac, is integrated
with the National Qualification Framework (NQF)
for learning achievements, Seta Unit Standards
and the S.A. Schools’ Curriculum.
In Workplace Situations the
blended e-learning system assists unemployed
learners to upgrade skills and enables employed
learners to improve on-the-job skills. In Educational
Situations adults can address their skill deficits
in maths, science and english (fundamental skills),
contributing to the full personal development
of each learner.
In School Situations the EDUTRAC
blended e-learning system assists school learners
and teachers at Primary School Level
to remediate Maths and English to address the
crisis situation presently prevailing in these
areas. At High School Level,
the ACE Learning System, a
Singapore Maths initiative will be introduced
to advance skills at this level. |
