THE EDL GROUP provides informational
sessions with each class. The mathematics
department of the school will set
up a timetable according to which

sessions for each class. An EDL
consultant will use a power point
presentation to give the learners
a brief outline on the use and the
features (applicable to students)
of the ACE-learning program. One
lesson per class is sufficient. |

a detailed outline on the use and
the features (applicable to teachers)
of the ACE-learning program. A two-hour
session will be conducted at the

central hub provider, Netsurit,
which is a South African company
based in Johannesburg. |

Any issues or challenges related
to content or system management
will be handled by THE EDL GROUP.

The ACE-Learning system has a
button in the Mailbox (Compose)
whereby ACE-Learning in Singapore
can be e-mailed directly in order
to report any content-related issues.

An EDL consultant
will assist with any challenges
regarding the management of the
system (or other) via e-mail. Should
in-person assistance be required,
meetings at the school can be arranged. |
