Enrollment |
Based on Assessment and
Grade Level Analysis learners are automatically
enrolled at an assessed f level. Manual
enrollment can also be activated at this
point. |
| The user is now ready to enter
the system directly by way of the “LOGIN”
command button on the first screen entering
the USERNAME AND PASSWORD. |
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

After registration, the
learner will do the Grade test on one
level below their current grade.

On Grade Test completion, under
75% will take the learner to
the grade test TWO levels below their
current grade. This process will continue
until the learner would pass the grade
test. Above 75%, click
on next and it will take the learner
to Getting Started. Click on LEARNER
MANAGEMENT to do full REGISTRATION
and SKILL NEED ANALYSIS
where the learner will be enrolled for
courses on a grade level directed by
the grade test results.
The learner can also select
additional courses and modules
on higher grade levels on recommendation
by the teacher. This can be done by
clicking on COURSE ENROLMENT
which is the 4th step on the GETTING
STARTED screen.

WORKING IN THE SYSTEM
The Grade Level
Tests establishes the actual level of
the learner (which usually is way below
the expected level of the Grade they
are in). The learners starting at their
established level of confidence and
competence work through the dynamic
material, guided by a Facilitator /
Teacher, in bite-sized building blocks,
until they are able to achieve skill
competence at the Grade level they are
actually in.
The process proceeds as follows:

BLENDED E-LEARNING METHODOLOGY
IN SCHOOL SITUATIONS:
EDUTRAC works through
a blended e-learning methodology in School Situations.
The learner uses the technology-driven system
to access tests, learning materials and dynamic
applications. The teacher / facilitator assists
with the learning process and the transference
of skills learned, into classroom operations.

In the School Situation the point of
entry and exit in the System is through Grade
Level Modules |
