The Edutrac Learning System is made up of 120 Courses containing over 2000 Learning Units or Lessons. The Courses are divided into Occupationally Directed material for Workplace Learning, Educationally Directed Learning material for Post-School Education Upgrade and School Directed for School Remediation and support material.

The Edutrac Material is organised into Three Directories respectively for easy access to information about the respective courses.

Each of the three Directories is divided into Bands or Groups of Courses, running from the bottom of the Directory table upwards, e.g.:

The Groups or Bands of Courses are divided into three Tiers or Levels: Basic, Intermediate and Advanced. The Tiers enable learners to access the system at their own level of competence and confidence without anybody else knowing at what level they are engaged.
