Comprehensive Tests are
available at initial assessment to determine
functional operacy levels (Mathematical
Literacy, Numeracy and English communication). |
| • |
Pre-Tests and Post-Tests
are available in the system at Course
and Module Levels. |
| • |
Tests provide diagnostic
and prescriptive testing for each module
and course. Pre-tests determine the
level of entry of the learner and post-tests
determine the competency level. |
| • |
Post tests indicate
how successful the learner has been
in the process of learning. |
| • |
Above 75% in a post module test allows
a learner to proceed to the following
module. |
| • |
Above 75% in a lesson test allows a
learner to proceed to the next lesson.
|
| • |
All tests are multiple-choice and automatically
marked. A result report can be printed
on completion of the test. |
| • |
At Course level a Certificate of Competency
is automatically generated if the learner
achieves greater than or equal to 75%
in the Course Post test. |
| • |
Where relevant in the system, Programme
Certificates can be manually generated
if a group of courses meets a specific
NQF requirement. |
| • |
All test results are recorded in the
report files in Learner Management |
