EDUTRAC COMPRISES OF TWO POINTS OF ACCESS:
1. THE MANAGEMENT ACCESS COMPONENT
The management access drives both the workplace and school remediation processes.
2. THE ASSESSMENT, LEARNER ACCESS COMPONENT
The assessment access allows for the learner level of entry testing which determines learner access level.

THE MANAGEMENT ACCESS COMPONENT PROVIDES:

registration of learners

course enrolment

extensive interconnected record and report database

a resume profile on every learner

a training profile plus learner progress tracking
evaluation and assessment records for every learner
learner training records and reports
facility for adding material and tests and customising
skill needs, skills training plans, performance indicators ,developmental history
THE ASSESSMENT/ LEARNER ACCESS COMPONENT:
tier and programme tests to assess level of learner competence

Course and Module Tests to determine level of learner competence

tier and programme tests to guide course enrolment

course tests to assess prior learning
pre-testing in the course structuring
pre- and post testing determining the entry and exit levels within courses.
direct access by logon number at a pre-determined level or lesson
a facility to track time spent
a facility to record learner results and progress at all times
a certificate of completion when post tests shows competence
Programmes are made up of Courses and Modules that can be accessed by the Learner. Information about Courses and Modules can be accessed by opening up the Course Directory tag followed by clicking on a course block presented in the directory table. An information screen on the particular Course or Module will present itself.

The Courses are comprised of a number of Modules and Lessons, which are essential. Once the level of the learner has been established and courses are assigned, the learner will click on a lesson and this will show a number of buttons from which a variety of lesson materials can be launched.
