EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS TO PURCHASE EDUTRAC Xtra and EDUTRAC StepAhead

Negotiate purchase of the EDUTRAC Xtra and EDUTRAC StepAhead ICT Driven Learning Systems (Management Data Base and all content included) granting 100% Ownership and ‘Rights to Use’.

Make available to all Township and Rural Schools that have connectivity provincially and nationally. EDUTRAC Xtra for Mathematics Remediation and Performance Improvement for Grades 4-9 for learners who come from or are in township and rural schools. EDUTRAC StepAhead to step up Competency and Performance Improvement in the Sciences, Life Skills and Computer Usage through Reading, Writing and Understanding of English.

For Management and Services Support contract the BBBEE Company EDUTRAC (Pty) Ltd to manage your “return on investment”.

RETURN ON INVESTMENT

Grant non-exclusive “Rights to Use” on a one year contract (renewable annually) for a Township or Rural School for R80 000 per school per annum. Potentially at least 500 learners will access the Learning System per school resulting in a per capita investment of R160 per learner per annum (R13.00 per learner per month equivalent to a loaf of bread p.m.)

The “Rights to Use” Package for a one year contract (renewable annually for Township or Rural Schools)is negotiable on a multiple of numbers on a sliding cost scale

If there are 20 000 State Schools in South Africa and the national assessment average NPA (National Development Plan) in Mathematics for Grade 9 (2014) was 9.3% then implementing EDUTRAC Xtra and EDUTRAC StepAhead to step up Competency and Performance Improvement in the Sciences, Life Skills and Computer Usage through Reading, Writing and Understanding of English in all township and rural schools is urgently needed.

ACTUAL RETURN ON INVESTMENT THROUGH COSTS / SALES

Contracts in state Township and Rural schools can be funded by company CSI budgets, Government Grants to Schools or Government Tenders.

10 schools in Province @ R 60 000 per school

= R 600 000 per annum

= R1, 800 000 over 3 years

10 Schools in each of 9 Provinces @ R 60 000 per school per annum

= R 5, 400 000 per annum

= R16, 200 000 over 3 years

If a school has 1 000 learners and a minimum of 500 learners use the system then the cost per learner per annum = R160. (R13.00 per learner per
month) the price of a loaf of bread.
